Maybe a step by step or something like that? Maybe just mini-patch to fix the problem would work. Hell any reason for why it is happening would be awesome I might could do your job for you seeing as your support team is too lazy to get back to my ticket i filed the day of patch is coming up on 48 hours with no answer. Its not like I'm not a paying customer or something.
