by going to the web portal, then navigating to
the Community drop-down tab. When you populate
its selections menu choose Useful Software. In this
page you'll find the mod at the very bottom. I've also created
a step-by-step for installation, which includes a download

Installing this mod is optional so if you want to check your
progress on the web portal, navigate to the same Community drop-down
tab. When the sections populate, choose Top Tanker.
