Also finally figured out the installer has to be run as administrator or it's no go for the download. That was an hour and half wasted. Scouts or fast meds can't be where they should be if they start the battle so far behind everyone else, but it's just as bad for slow tanks/tds that need to move now to get in position. You should also notice the enemy is so late showing up, you'll think they all went lemming to the opposite side of the map.   Tried to get others to post here about this, I think they're too shy, or maybe they've had enough. When I post "1fps 999 ping"  in battle chat upon battle start, I get "Affirmative!" at least twice or more.
