"Following the release of the update, you will be able to
retrieve Crewmembers and Premium or special event tanks dismissed
and sold after the launch of Update 9.16" If you just sold a
premium vehicle (after release of 9.16) the restoration option will
be available in the armory (depot) in
the vehicles panel.
