6Toes, on Jul 29 2016 - 00:29, said:   It starts in Full Panel.  The next Ctrl + Tab (moving from left to right) should take it to No Panel, but instead it goes to Short, skipping over No Panel and forcing one the go through Med, Med II, Full, then finally No Panel works.  Furthermore, after the the map first loads, Ctrl + mouse doesn't work for selecting No Panel.  One has to select any other mode before No Panel  click works.  I call that a bug.
