MT-15 Mission for T28 Concept done? I thought I got it

MT-15's primary condition(s) back in March, but not the
secondary condition(s) for honors. You are able to retry the
mission, but you'll only receive the secondary rewards. In this
particular battle you completed the primary conditions again, but
not the secondary conditions of surviving and winning. You will
still get a notification that you completed the campaign mission,
but you cannot earn rewards that you already received and
redeemed.
