encounter chips: working as intended or error?

Quemapueblos: We have got a few reports of chips being locked AFTER battles resolve instead of when the battles began. Its seems to be intermittent and we are working on the issue. Please shoot us a support ticket with your info and screenshots so we can get as much data as possible on the issue
