Allow Moderators to post non-Official topics

Quemapueblos: Sorry to break it to you but we are all robots. We have no feelings except a minor twinge in our sensor system whenever we blow up pixelated tanks. I thought it always strange posting my games.
In all seriousness we are mostly free to communicate as we fit, so there isn't too much of a need to hide our affiliation but I admit, occasionally it would be nice.
