Clan Wars:
Clan Wars (CW) is an arena in which only those in clans can compete in. They battle over land on a map for such prizes as medals, unique tanks which can only be earned in CW, and gold which can be distributed within a clan to its members.

Tournaments:
On top of Clan Wars, Tournaments are also another area where clans compete for various prizes. Although open to anyone able to form a team and enter a tournament, clans and their members typically comprise the bulk of the teams that participate. The reason for this is that clans make it easy for groups of players to organize and form teams within their social group.

Looking for Platoon:
Clans are also an excellent area for pure social play. Platooning, Tank Companies, and even training rooms are largely organized through clans. Being in a clan (in-game) gives all members an open chat channel automatically, allowing them to communicate with anyone online. This makes forming platoons between members very fun and easy.
