Only a handful of the border terriorities were changed to increase and decrease correctly. The incorrect border provinces and the rest of Canadian in the American Region has NOT been adjusted correctly nor have clans been compensated for missing VP. We are almost done with the math for the first half and will be releasing the numbers adjustments for each day soon, possibly later today.
