Ed is correct. The Top 30 will be the 30 clans with the most Victory Points earned over the entire Campaign. Each Stage has its own Top 5 for most Victory Points earned.
No player can win multiple M60s, if the clan qualifies during multiple stages, players who did not qualify in a previous stage but do qualify in the current stage will receive their reward.
