Pigeon_of_War: As an African-American myself, I don't find myself constantly harassed. To be fair, you would have to actually know my skin pigment and that's very difficult to do in game. I've actually personally banned people while in matches anytime I see someone say something off color and policy violating, so I assure you I know not what you mean about the NA office taking no action.
