9.9 Common Test Issues and Bugs!

Pigeon_of_War: Hey Tankers!   Some of you are having trouble with the Test client. No problem, we are here to help. I have found that a clean installation fixed the issue for anyone encountering it and making sure your Updates Folder is completely cleaned out of both the Common Test and the World of Tanks normal client.    Hope this helps!
