Are 'Customer Support' staff on vacation?

Pigeon_of_War:   I won't but the particulars of the ticket on here, but I will say you did not wait a week. It was not an amount of time that is within our standard (again, apologize for the wait) but you certainly did not wait one week for a response.    It should be noted that since I manage this section of the forums, that I get alerted when a new post pops up. When I read your reply, I checked to see if you had been addressed or not, which you have been.  It really is a matter of coincidence more than anything.
