admin to respond.Pigeon_of_War: I suppose I count as an admin. So I can't
go into the nuts and bolts of how the system works (otherwise it
will just be exploited and who wants that), but I can say that
even scout tanks are subjected to it and are monitored by their
contribution to the battle.
