issue a couple of times myself. They are working with the dev team
to fix it. You issue is a unique one, and unfortunately it's taking
some time, honestly it's taking more time than it should. Trust me,
if this was a simple matter, we would have taken care of it within
the same hour/day. No game studio wants unhappy players. Let me
apologize for the length of time it's taken your issue, we are
still working on it though.
