100% Packet loss

Pigeon_of_War: Hey 21Blackjack, just popping in to respond. The long and short of it is that your ISP is not impervious to packet loss nor can they say that your internet service will work 100% of the time without fail every hour of every day. I don't think any company that provides a constant service promises that, for that matter. If someone from you Tech support team advised you to contact your ISP, it might be worth a shot.
