Charged for Damaging platoonmates now?

Pigeon_of_War: Hey Tankers!   Wolfshead010 hit the nail right on the head, Prblmchild82. We had the team damage system over hauled to further decrease players team damaging allies, and the  restriction for if you meet the threshold has been overhauled as well.
