Does this mean tanks with few battles will have a better matchmaking? or does it have to do with current researched modules &/or additional equipment?

3. Matchmaking now takes into account the number of battles played on particular vehicles. Vehicles with few battles have reduced battle tier spread. Modules and installed equipment don't count.
