The Cost of douche-baggery in Clan Wars

I was wondering when a story a good story would surface in WoT. Tonight I heard a great one. Well, okay a pretty good one.
A former "Leader" of a quickly dessolving clan walked away with 75,000 gold as a severance package. That folks as roughly $300.00 of hard earned gold for those just tuning in to WoT.
I guess the "irony" in this story is the constant lie of "the clan does not have enough money for payouts" and said "clan leader" stated on Teamspeak that if the clan folded the remaining gold would be distributed equally amongst remaining members. So one would have to ask one's self how does a clan rack up 75,000 gold let alone 150,000 gold.
The answer to that is simply, by not paying out to it's soldiers that earned it for the clan in the first place.
I would hope in the future that The WoT development team puts in place a system where we can keep things honest and above the board. A in game system to streamline payment and also make sure that someone cannot just walk away with everyone's hard earned gold unless the rest of the clan knows about it first.
