What is NOT coming in this patch

- Changes to the tech trees (These will not be added all at once, but spread out across numerous patches)
- French tanks (Sometime after German E-series)
- Multi-turret/gun support (Likely to be added with French Tanks)
So please, do not create threads saying "OMG WG PROMISED XXX IN THE PATCH WHY ISNT IT HERE?!?"
Please, if you thought any of these were in the patch, please go re-read the patch notes.
