Patch notes seem largely the same to me as the preliminary ones already posted by Overlord himself. Hopefully it won't take long for it to release on the live servers.
The damage module and gun module changes to the higher end German tanks seem promising. Maybe the Tiger won't take so much module damage and perhaps it'll be a lot less easier to knock out the gun on certain tank destroyers and heavy tanks (Looking at you, Jagdpanther and Tiger II).
