Transfer Gold To Another Account

I hope Wargaming logs IPs whenever somebody logs into the game. Would help if accounts are hacked / stolen and you can show a wildly different IP for all of your gold being transferred.
If gold transfer is currently enabled on the Russian server, how's it going over there?
