Are you going to regrind to your US Med Post-Launch?

I cant see myself getting past stock tanks without tons of gold, which I dont wanna pay for given the game's current state. I mean... the idea of having to drive a stock Lee, E8, T20, T23, or even the pershing, really sucks.
