Where did Russian go?

To my surprise, there was no Russian. Don not misunderstand me, on steam I can choose to play Metro 2033 or Stalker in Russian. Why is that we lack Russian in World of Tanks?
There is Russian speaking people living in Europe, perhaps they would want to play World of Tanks in their native language, but with other European people? Simply because they enjoy it?
Just like I do?
