World of Tanks becomes multilingual!

Could the speech of the crew members be implemented in the gameplay itself, regardless what localization the user has? I mean, the crew members would speak the language they would actually speak (Soviet tank crew = Russian speech etc.). This would also be optional, whether the crew speaks the localization language or the tank's nation language.
