IS 7 rammer issue

ventilation - 12.40 sec
rammer - 11.33 sec
rammer+ventilation+combat rations - 10.63 sec

why it seems not to be working? well ... the projectile loading doesn't start at the 15:00 mark but about 1sec later, also the in-game timer is synced to server and will exhibit desync issues if the client has big latency or lag

note: it might very well not work on our 0.6.1.5 BETA but I can asure you that it works on 0.6.2.x
