I apologize that you had this
experience. We do try to provide excellent customer service, so
when we clearly miss the mark I am always grateful that folks take
the time to tell us. It's the best way we can find these flaws to
fix them! Also, each time you close a customer service
ticket, you should receive a survey to your email asking you to
rate your experience and give feedback if you like. Each agent has
a Customer Satisfaction score. If someone gets poor scores, we
provide additional coaching and training sessions in order to help
them improve. If you write comments on your survey, a team lead
reads those so we can determine how we can improve our service.
I know many people don't want to spend the time to fill out
these kinds of surveys - but if you have an experience, good or
bad, that you want us to know about, please fill the survey out! It
helps us help you better
