What we have not done in the past is oversee their chat
interactions in any way. This will change. Going forward we'll be
dumping chat logs regularly and auditing them for our employee
accounts to ensure that all employees are having appropriate
interactions in chat while representing the company. I'm
also going to go outside what we normally do when violations are
reported and tell you what consequences were issued for the sake of
transparency. I know folks have expressed concern that employees
are not held to the same standard, especially in light of our new
policy. We want everyone to know that we hold employees to
an even higher standard that the normal player. The account has
been perma chat banned, has been removed from the Wargaming clan,
and is no longer eligible to receive employee perks. Although we
were not able to be proactive this time, we will be in the future,
so that something like this doesn't happen again.
