Please be aware that we don't sit and look at every post here, or every image that goes up. When we come to this thread or others like it, it's because other people have reported the images as breaking the rules. If an image or post is never reported, it's probably not going to even be noticed much less moderated. Totally inappropriate images can remain indefinitely if no one ever reports them.
