Top Down Display not working for Tier II Artillery

Njourour:   First : you can press left shift to get the top view mode. Second: you can use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out. Third: you can lock your hull by pressing X button, so that your crosshair will not shatter. Fourth: you can hold "Ctrl" then click on the mini map for faster view of the enemy location.
