For me same problems as previous.  Anything higher than tier III and my plane doesn't load until after battle starts.  Usually loads about the time It is already half dead and have 3 or 4 people shooting at me.  
Anything higher then tier III and the game is essentially unplayable.  On the rare instance that I do survive the loading process, the frame rate is so low that an enemy typically crosses the screen in three frames.
But my PC plays tanks fairly well.
