The issue of artillery balance is an issue in dispute and under scrutiny. We have taken several approaches to balancing arty and will continue to address this matter.

For the time being there is a technical limitation that prevents us from moving to a three arty per battle limit. That change results in very strange matchmaking combinations. But that limitation is being worked on.
Or giving your customers a chance to opt out of arty battles?  Since so many people think artillery is fine, then it wouldn't really disrupt game play to give the other customers a chance to play tank battles, right?
Artillery is an integral part of the game, and in for the time being there are no plans on allowing people to opt out of including them in battles. Removing them would prove more disruptive than you might think at first glance.
If WG has no intention to ever care what the customers want, then just tell us now so we know we should just leave instead of hanging around hoping someone finally cares enough and realizes customers are important.
Of course we care what our customers want. No company could be successful if you ignore customer sentiment, however, we also cannot rely on vocal lobby groups to design a fair and balanced game. It is more complex and requires a more informed perspective than you are giving credit for. You are also not giving us credit for any of the steps we have already made in recognition that the balance needs to improve.
Oh, one more thing, If they care to look at my account they will see how much money I have given WG since I started.   I'm Done.  NOT ANOTHER PENNY until artillery is addressed!
Ok, obviously we are sorry to hear we lost your business but it is completely your prerogative to decide what you do or do not support. Though, again, we have implemented some steps to address this issue and are working on absolving obstacles which prevent us from further resolving the number of artillery populating some battles. I hope that in the near future we are able to address it to your satisfaction.
