I don't want to start another thread about useless gameplay and biased matches that end 15-3 way more often than is statistically reasonable.
I just want to make the point to WG development that as one of the paying customers I'm sick to death of some of the dire gameplay that the game is only recently delivering.
Ever since I played Battlefield 2 and preferred the tanks I have wanted a game like this and so it should be perfect for me. It certainly used to be pretty good but since around patch 8 what we see are tanks and guns that behave drastically differently from one battle to another. Stupid 15-3 stomp battles that are not really fun for anyone.
Please be mindful, that unlike Battlefield, team coordination and working as a unit is far more important in World of Tanks. Is it possible that you are trying to lone wolf your way through battles rather than waiting for support or moving with a group, resulting in getting stomped?
And more and more and more tanks out of development when what we all want are the problems fixed (let's not pretend there aren't some major ones or that things haven't gone sideways in recent patches) and more maps. That's right - more maps, not more tanks.
Please realize that, as with most industries or companies, various teams are tasked with different responsibilities based on their skill sets. It is not a question of this or that. Also, you feel as though no new maps have been introduced because since the 8.0 update we have been reworking and re-releasing existing maps. You will begin to see actual new maps introduced soon. Though I don't know if that will help with your 15-3 performances.
While you're at it premium rounds don't achieve anything except arguments so they could be scrapped completely.
I agree that the premium rounds have been controversial, but I think making them available for credit purchase was a step in the right direction.
