Mugsy_: To clarify the clan wars point, a player was angry that clans that do not have as many Tier 10 tanks are not as able to participate in clan wars outside of this event.
Clan Wars is designed to be end game content, however, we can also try to do new cool things and for a window of time open it up to new people. It will be returning to higher tier play soon enough.
