The council exists so that we can receive diverse feedback on our game and the experiences different types of people have playing it. Admittedly, too much our the CoAF's meaningful discussions have been occurring in a Skype channel which, while it was effective when the group was smaller, was not visible enough for the rest of the community. In fact, most folks don't even know the channel exists.

It is my intention to begin moving the dialog from the Skype channel back onto the forums.
Throughout the process of forming your clan, organizing your members, participating in landing tournaments, holding your first province, earning your first rivals and allies and so on, there are tons of great insights and feedback which can be gained from newer, less experienced clan leaders. I understand your concern about placing less informed clans at the design helm for Clan Wars, but obviously we contextualize the perspective of every player when we hear them out.
