Forum reorganization

Thank you very much for leaving your feedback.
As part of an ongoing effort to streamline our forum discussions we revised the way the sections were set up.
Our primary goal was to reduce the number of sections, eliminate redundancy, and make important destinations easier to find.
We'll take everyone's feedback into consideration and review these changes.
