I am setting up a mentoring program which will help with these kinds fo questions and needs. My advice is post a thread in the New Player section titled Dickermax tutor needed or something.
There are so many kind, patient and skilled folks in our community who would help teach you the ropes. If you don't find anyone please let me know.
