I have same issues with late 3d games like Halo or Portal 2 or even Civ 4. I used to be fine with old 3D games like Nukem or Quake 3.
I was fine with previous graphics of WoT. A while ago I read tech pages and notice that my dizziness start when few years ago there is several new "advanced" engines come on the market with special features. Now Wot has it too.

Dizziness from the game can be concerning and you might want to get checked out. But also, there are detailed guides on how to optimize the graphics for both your computer's limitations and your personal preferences. ~ Mugsy_
