Throttle capping on downhill

MrVic: Speed caps out for a number of varying reasons pretty much, Load on the transmission and drives at that speed can be damaging, Also going to a neutral may let you roll faster but unable to steer. Also it could be very difficult to get the tank back into gear safely at those speeds in some tanks.
