How Do Game Mechanics Work With Two Loaders?

How does this affect my tank? Does it average their skills together into one imaginary loader that my tank now has?
What about crew injuries, can one loader work if the other is knocked out?

MrVic: Its an average of both loaders skill, So if one dies you take a
penalty but its not as bad. Since both loaders being present is
taken into account in the gun rpm, the loss of one hurts but is not
to bad. Hope that helps
