Chat bans and how ridiculous it works

MrVic: Closing this out. The key thing is to keep it clean.
Losing all chat capabilities is due to a chat issue. At least its better then being banned from the game of X amount of days
In the end avoid these issues and its not an issue you ever have to deal with.
