Sneaky Patch Notes

MrVic: This patch was mentioned a few weeks before by not as a standalone post.
This one time they missed a notice about it, even tho it had no gameplay changes it was all server tech stuff.
Then on top of that Admin/Dev apologized for not updating and posting it up.
Not sure what else can be said so closing this.
