MrVic: Well tiered is almost outdated term. They have gone a step further
and assessing each battle it appears and not just breaking it down
to Tier 4-6 ect. So there will still be a level range but the odds
of a IS-4 vs Panzer III aus A abuse abuse session should be a thing
of the past.
