In the long run for me I cleared positive cash on premium with IS to IS-7. Also the cash you earn is dependent on the tier tanks you engage so more things your level
the more credits you get for doing damage to them.
In the end the not worth is part means you don't want to run a premium account which will be from what I have seen a minimal cost
