me faster then AP rounds. I had a recent test with a clan mate
taking 25% of my hitpoints with a 10.5cm HE round with 53mm pen vs
100armor and 120 armor facing, they also took out 1-4 modules per
hit usually also. I also had a short 7.5cm with HE 4 shot me with a
shallow angle (near a 20 degree slope his shots were impacting and
taking massive hitpoints on each. When its pen is at 38mm vs 20
degree slope at 100mm doing massive moduel and HP damage.
