Gift Shop Bundles, Mar 31 - Apr 4

Agreed.  I've been lobbying for KV-5s, type 59s, Type 62s, and all the other "only the cool people get these" tanks since last year with absolutely no success(and I have the KV-5 and both types...more people should be able to get them).  I just don't spend money regularly on WG anymore.  The only time I do it's for gold to train crews or to convert exp, and I don't have any future plans to do that.  It'd be cool if you could convert credits to gold, or earn gold for 'daily' events...like 100g for 5 wins in 1 tank randomly chosen by WGNA.  They could have a monthly calender for which tanks on each day, and players could plan out their dailies...or even plan out buying tanks to coincide with that tank's 'daily'...
but  of course, that'll never happen...

Major_Rampage: Like I said in last weeks thread,  the plans for events are submitted by the 10th on the month previous.  I am currently working May's planning for approval.  So those changes we have been working on would then be seen then.
I am sorry chris9000 that you don't feel that we are not listening,  but I have in few different threads with you over the last few weeks.  I am sorry that changes are not instant,  but trust me all of the feedback in these threads has been read very carefully.

I'm relatively new to WoT, so maybe I'm a bit too idealistic. But I will say this. If WG continually ignores our requests, that means they won't be seeing any increases in spending from me in the coming months. I've so far spent gold on premium status, the occasional crew training, and equipment removal. I may buy a premium tank or two sometime down the road, but that's kind of expected with people who buy gold and plan to play for the long haul.
The heart of the issue really is long-term playability. If WG wishes to keep customers like you and me who buy gold, they need to keep the game fresh. They can only continually release new tanks that power creep older ones for so long before people get turned off. They also need to create value for us in other areas, which includes keeping the gift shop well-stocked instead of putting junk on its shelves. If they keep this pattern of snubbing our requests for sales comparable to Europe's and Russia's, that's one less factor that would otherwise incentivize us to stay in the long-term. It also sends a negative message to us customers that they don't really care about us. All this together creates fewer reasons for us to stay with this game and spend money on this game as opposed to other games out there.
I played Guild Wars 1 for about 5 years on and off. As with this game, the atmosphere was casual, but there were many, many signals from the devs that they were mindful to our concerns. If you visited the official forums and the unofficial discussion boards on the web, you didn't see nearly as many people bashing on WG and its devs for not listening to customers. Nope. None of that. Things weren't perfect--but then again, name one game where it's ever been! But if there's one thing GW1 players tended to agree on, this game really kept us going for many, many years!
