People expecting the tank right at patch drop is the people's problem, not WG's.   Now, I'm not saying WG is perfect in communicating - far from it, they could've made a news announcement and in my opinion should have, about when the tanks are going to be there. But regardless of that, people expecting the tank to drop the moment 9.5 did is something those people came up with themselves.
