Russians should have their own testing server

Lert:   They know exactly how many people want to 'just relax and try the new tanks'. And if the primary goal of the test server was for us to test the new tanks, I would agree with you. However, it isn't. The test server exists for WG to get data on (relatively) large scale usage of the tanks they are testing. That's it.
