Correcting the power balance between tiers

Lert: How about this:   Currently the hitpoints increase per tier is incredible, and it changes the meta of low tier play (seriously, compare a tier 1's DPM to its hitpoints) completely around (tier 10's have disproportionately more HP than DPM) ...   What if the HP increase per tier was slashed?     So a Loltraktor would still have 130 hp, but a KV-2 would have like 500 instead of 860, a Tiger would have like 900 instead of 1500 and a Maus would have like 1700 instead of 3000.   Relative hitpoints in-tier would still be the same, but the hitpoint escalation would be a lot less, thus making low tier tanks in any match proportionately more dangerous. Higher tier tanks already have better guns, DPM and (often) armor, why also the HP by such a proportion?
